Participation Details

Dear participants!

Every Participant shall submit information on all persons who will represent the Participant's company at the Stand through the PERSONAL ACCOUNT ("Badge Information" tab) by July 15, 2020.

Visitor access pass shall be his/her badge. An e-ticket obtained or purchased by completing online registration on the official Congress website or purchased at the Congress ticket office shall be exchanged for a badge at registration stands upon presenting an ID and subject to prior completion of an online form on the event website.

Dates and times

Congress dates: July 28–31, 2020.

Stand installation: July 27, 2020, 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Stand dismantlement: August 1, 2020, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

Pavilion hours: July 28–31, 2020, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
Congress hours: July 28–31, 2020, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.


Exhibition will be held at EXPOFORUM International Convention and Exhibition Center.

Information on the technical characteristics of EXPOFORUM ICEC pavilions is provided in the Provisions on Technical Supervision of EF-International LLC on the Premises of EXPOFORUM ICEC. The Provisions are available on the website of Congress' General Developer EF-Design LLC.

Please be advised that developers must obtain accreditation from EF-Design LLC, the General Developer of Worldchefs Congress & Expo.
