Worldchefs represents a mobilized international membership of 110 chef associations worldwide, with 91 years of history since its founding at the Sorbonne by the venerable Auguste Escoffier. Russian Culinary Association (НАК)

The Russian Culinary Association is a successor of the USSR Culinary Association established in 1990, which was then headed by the Minister of Trade of Moscow, Vladimir Malyshkov. The newly elected President of the Association, Viktor Belyaev, identified two major aspects of the association’s development:
- education and young chefs training;
- international relations.
Under the guidance of the Russian Culinary Association:
- annual international culinary championship ‘Chef a la Russe’ is being held;
- it has given knowledge and professional skills to hundreds of young chefs;
- development of international cooperation has been raised to a new quality level, RCA is constantly represented at the major Worldchefs events now;
- Russian representatives are also members of various committees in the Worldchefs Association including marketing and education;
- dozens of chefs from Russia are certified Worldchefs judges accredited for international culinary tournaments.
Russian Culinary Association today is a union of more than 20 regional associations representing interests of thousands of chefs and pastry chefs from all over Russia.
